ECM offers Fiber-scope Inspections and/or Orifice Plate Testing on all vacuum pumps. These coupled with our experience and training can be an invaluable tool in helping maintain and extend the life of your production systems.
Fiber Optic/Bore Scope Inspections can
- estimate the capability and life of a vacuum pump
- determine factors that may contribute to vacuum pump failures, such as wear, chemical attachment, suspended solids in water, metallic contact, etc.
Orifice Plate Testing can
- determine your pump's performance scores (flow and pressure measurements) which can be compared to the original manufacturer’s marketing performance curves.
